### II. IDENTIDAD Y FILOSOFÍA
La Mujer Interna nació a comienzos de 2019 como un blog para acoger la voz interior de Gloria (GaGa Oz), un lugar de expresión libre para plasmar comprensiones, dificultades, dolores y gozos. Representa un acto de individuación y autoafirmación. Es la voz intuitiva que habla desde territorios sutiles.

### III. SERVICIOS Y MODALIDADES (La Cala de Mijas, Málaga & Online)
#### Terapia individual
Acompañamiento en sesiones de 60 o 90 minutos, presenciales (Mijas Costa, Málaga, España) u online. Foco en el vínculo terapéutico para comprender dificultades relacionales (padres, pareja, hijos, socios). La terapeuta es una figura externa, objetiva y sin juicio. Ni la distancia física ni las diferencias horarias son inconveniente para generar este vínculo sanador.
#### Mujeres al natural
Grupo mensual o sesiones individuales de 2 o 3 horas en la naturaleza. Apertura al inconsciente mediante lenguajes expresivos: expresión hablada, lectura, escritura, dibujo, modelado, silencio, música, canto, movimiento, danza, arquetipos y rituales. Conexión profunda con la fortaleza interna y los dones.
#### Duelo
Acompañamiento en muertes, enfermedades, separaciones, emigración, pérdida de trabajo o cambios de ciclo vital. Espacio para compartir angustia, miedo, tristeza y rabia, construyendo el sendero hacia una realidad renovada tras atravesar saludablemente los duelos.
#### Enteógenos
Camino de las Medicinas sagradas de la Tierra para obtener claridad, contundencia en tomas de conciencia y percepción de lo sutil.
**Definición:** Neologismo (Carl Ruck, 1979) del griego 'entheos' (dios adentro) y '-genes' (que genera). Aquello que facilita el dios adentro o la experiencia directa de lo sagrado. Impacta en el centro mental y espiritual expandiendo la conciencia. Vía de exploración mediante ceremonias o microdosificación.
#### Meditación - Contemplación
Práctica iniciada en 2003 enfocada en la desidentificación del ego y el desarrollo de la cualidad de observadora externa. Sinónimo de silencio interno, paz, sosiego, contemplación u oración.
**Actividad Social:** Meditación gratuita frente al mar en La Cala de Mijas (Málaga, España) una mañana entre semana.
